NZCER session on the Wellbeing@School data

Yay, data and lots of thought provoking ideas associated with it!

On Wednesday, 30th October the Across School Lead team, principals and SMT had the opportunity to work on the Kāhui Ako Wellbeing@School data with Cathie Johnson and Julie Roberts from NZCER. Cathie gently lead us through a process of identifying what we thought the data would show and what our assumptions are, so we could challenge or affirm our assumptions with the evidence.

Each of our schools will now have more of a framework to use when looking at their own Wellbeing@School data. The Across School Lead team will be working with the schools to understand their evidence more fully and refine the most vital areas for our collective attention. We are looking forward to making sense of the data so we can decide what our next evidence gathering steps will be.
